Office Overhead Expense - Eligibility

Office overhead expense (OOE) insurance is available to TMA members under age 65 who have a full-time practice. Member physicians with a limited medical practice and prospective member physicians may also be eligible.

If you leave Texas after enrolling in TMAIT OOE insurance, you can continue receiving coverage as an Affiliate Member until you reach age 70.
