Major Medical - Eligibility

Members of the Texas Medical Association who are actively engaged in the full-time practice of medicine are eligible to purchase TMAIT major medical insurance coverage. In addition, TMAIT makes major medical coverage available to:

• Medical students, residents and interns who are TMA members.
• The dependents of member physicians.
• Employees of TMA members and the dependents of those employees.
• Prospective TMA members.
