Nealy Diden
My name is Nealy Diden and I am the Assistant Administrator for TMA Insurance Trust.
In 1996 I got my first job in the insurance world as a customer service representative for an HMO. Just two short years later, I applied at TMA Insurance Trust and was hired in the customer service department. My position at TMA Insurance Trust was my first experience working with physicians. The perspective of the physician that is both a member of an insurance plan, as well as a provider who has contracts with various carriers is fascinating to me. I have enjoyed working with physicians and their staff from day one.
In 2004, I applied for the Customer Service and Sales Manager position at TMA Insurance Trust and was promoted. Working with physicians and their staff is very rewarding. The TMA Insurance Trust family is the best. I have enjoyed, and am very thankful for every day I have been here, and every time one of us is able to help a physician, their family, or their employees with their insurance needs.
Away from the office, I enjoy reading, witty commentary and lots of jokes, many types of music, spending time with my kids, live sporting events (especially baseball), football (duh, I’m from Texas!) and baseball on TV, and time with my church family.
I am an Austin Native and the oldest of 5 kids. I think Austin, even with all of the traffic, is the best city ever. Being the eldest of 5 kids tends to make one a little bossy, hopefully in good way. My parents exposed us to all kinds of music and many live music festivals. I enjoyed Austin being the Live Music Capital of the world, long before that slogan became known to the rest of the world.
I am the mother of two wonderful children who are now young adults. It amazes me that most of my TMA Insurance Trust family was here 15 years ago when I brought my newborn daughter up to the office the first time!
