Stacy Denton
My name is Stacy Denton, and I am the Manager of Operations for TMA Insurance Trust.
In 2006, I began my career at the Texas Medical Association in healthcare policy, analyzing and researching several important issues including rural health, Medicaid, emergency medical services and trauma systems. While working at TMA, I learned an enormous amount about what Texas physicians experience and what challenges they face. I will always value my time at the Association.
However, when a position in the TMA Insurance Trust became available, I jumped on it! The Trust always had a wonderful reputation around the TMA building as being a close work-family that was committed to doing what was best for Texas physicians and their families. I couldn’t wait to join the team and I feel extraordinarily lucky to work here.
Currently, I manage our billing and customer service department. I believe in providing prompt and empathy-driven support to all our members. My team ensures that billing is done with precision, accounts are accurate, and that our members receive compassionate and timely customer service.
Outside of work, I enjoy running, travel, vegetarian cooking, gluten-free baking, antiquing (more like thrifting), spending time with our pets, and watching football with my husband. I have two children, both young adults, who are attending college and are my absolute pride and joy.
