PPO Health Insurance for Solo Practice Owners
If you are with a solo or small practice, we want to make you aware that with the assistance of TMA Insurance Trust, you may be able to access limited-time special options that could help your practice owner and other employees receive quality PPO insurance.
With these special options, a solo or small practice owner could enroll as few as one effectively creating a “group of one”. The "one" can be themselves and their family or someone on their staff. We can help you obtain a PPO, or if more than one person is enrolling you can offer a group PPO plan, and a more affordable HMO plan.
To qualify for “group of one” coverage the physician must: (1) own a practice, (2) have a tax ID number, and (3) have at least one W2 employee on payroll.
