How Benefits are Paid
The TMA Member Plan pays the benefit directly to you. Unlike some other plans, your benefit payment is made based on the diagnosis. Receiving medical treatment or providing proof of any expenses incurred is not required before receiving payment, so you will receive payments as soon as possible.
Guaranteed Protection for You and Your Family
If you are a TMA member under age 65, you are guaranteed acceptance. If your spouse or domestic partner is under age 65, they can also enroll. Dependent children under age 26 are also eligible. This makes the TMA Member Accident Insurance Plan attractive for families that lead active lifestyles or have children in organized sports.
