Voluntary Option with No Cost to Your Practice

There are two ways to provide this benefit to your employees. AD&D is a valuable employer-paid benefit that helps provide an additional layer of financial protection when an employee is involved in a serious accident.

Some medical practices may decide to offer AD&D as a voluntary benefit in which the premiums are fully paid by the employees. The voluntary option would allow your practice to enhance your employee benefits package with no added cost to your business.
