If You Want to Manage Health Insurance Costs, Speak With a Specialist

THE CLOCK IS TICKING

motionmailapp.com

If you want your taxes done, most likely, you see an accountant. If you want a faucet fixed you call a plumber. If you have a toothache you go to a dentist.

No one knows this better than those in the medical profession. Some jobs simply call for a specialist. The same holds true when it comes to trying to manage, or control, your health insurance costs.

Our Specialty is Health Insurance

TMA Insurance Trust advisors are specialists in the field of health insurance. Our specialty is helping independent practice owners like you find the best insurance for themselves or their practice.

This is not something we take lightly. We have served Texas physicians for over 60 years – primarily advising independent practices just like yours.

Managing Health Insurance Costs is a Priority

We have found that most practice owners simply don’t have the time to care for patients, run their practice, and do the research required to find high quality health insurance that works within their budget. This is especially true today, when the health insurance marketplace has grown increasingly complicated and tumultuous.

But this is exactly what we do. We take the time to review networks, deductibles, co-pays, co-insurance, and other important details that you need to be aware of. We work diligently to uncover the best opportunities and clearly inform you of the advantages of the options we present to you.

Group PPO Health Insurance Could Be an Option

One example of how we’ve been able to help practice owners better manage their health insurance costs can be illustrated by a discovery we made recently.

We found that many practice owners would like to secure group PPO health insurance. But they do not think they meet the eligibility requirements. In our research, we came across two little-known waivers to current guidelines that may be able to provide practice owners with access to high quality group PPO health insurance.

How The Waivers Work

Under the current guidelines for small groups in Texas, if a group plan is offered, 75% of employees must participate in the plan. And employers must pay 50% of employees’ premiums.

However, if you qualify for the waivers, you would not be required to pay 50% of employees’ premiums – as you are currently required to do. You could contribute as much – or as little – as you want.

In addition, you would not need 75% of employees to participate in the group plan. There would be no minimum number required to participate. This means you could be eligible for group PPO health insurance for yourself alone – which may mean lower costs and better benefits than with an individual HMO plan.

This is a Limited-Time Opportunity

To be eligible for the waivers you must have a tax I.D. number and one full-time employee. You should also know that the waivers are only available for a limited time. Our deadline to assist you is December 12th, 2018. That will be the last day we can accept applications.

A TMA Insurance Trust advisor will be happy to give you more details and fully explain the waivers.

Service That Saves You Time

Once you select a plan, we can help you with many of the administrative tasks that could bog down you or your staff. This includes ensuring that your staff receives their identification cards and policy booklets in a timely manner.

We are absolutely committed to providing the highest levels of service for our clients. We do this so that you can focus on what you specialize in – which is providing the best medical care you can offer to your patients.
