1. Simplified underwriting compared to an individual plan. Unlike some individual plans that require extensive underwriting, often taking many months to acquire, our plan offers a seamless process. 4. The TMA member plan is “own occupation” coverage that will pay benefits up to your Social Security retirement age. 7. Members under age 40 qualify for special benefits. As a member under age 40, you can also benefit from the Student Loan Reimbursement benefit, which pays an additional 25% of your monthly benefit amount - up to $250,000 - to help pay off outstanding education loans, at no additional cost to you.
