This special provision is only available to solo practitioners and small practice owners who have a Tax ID number and at least one full-time employee. Furthermore, for a limited time, you may also be eligible for a special waiver allowing you to enroll in a group PPO without having to pay health insurance premiums for your practice’s employees.
