See Your Lower Rate For Disability Insurance

In life we protect the things that are important to us. That can include our family, our health, our home – and for a practicing physician, that should include your income.

That’s why there’s disability insurance – to help provide income if we get ill or injured and can’t work for a long stretch of time.

Balancing Income Protection and Cost Consideration

For many physicians, however, the cost of disability insurance can be a consideration. To that end, we developed the TMA Member Long Term Disability Plan issued by The Prudential Insurance Company of America.

This is our most cost-effective disability insurance plan. And whether you currently have disability insurance or wish to get coverage for the first time this can be a cost-saving way to help protect your income.

See Your Lower Rate – Save up to 25%

Firstly, there are exclusive rates for TMA members. These are group rates so they’re typically lower than those for an individual plan. On top of that, there’s a 25% premium statement credit. This further reduces your premium rate by an extra 25%.*

If you’d like to see just what your rate would be – based on the benefit amount and waiting period you choose – click here for our premium rate calculator.

You can apply for a benefit up to $4,000 with simplified underwriting and without the need to verify income – regardless of any other coverage you may have. Higher benefit amounts are also available.
