Don't Let Open Enrollment Opportunities Slip Away

THE CLOCK IS TICKING

motionmailapp.com

The clock is winding down on Health Insurance Open Enrollment. So we want to let you know that there are important opportunities available for those practices that have not yet finalized their health insurance decisions.

We know this is a busy time for most physicians. And it may seem easier to stay with health insurance you are not satisfied with rather than investigate new plans, rates and carriers.

But our advisors are here to help take the hassles out of shopping for and enrolling in a health insurance plan. And they can help you take advantage of opportunities that are only available during Open Enrollment.

Review Your Coverage – and Your Service

Open Enrollment is the time to re-evaluate your health insurance benefits. This includes the type of coverage you have, as well as the service you are receiving from your agent or broker.

We are dedicated to helping all size practices get the health insurance that works for them. And we can help relieve you of many of the administrative tasks that come with servicing and maintaining a health insurance program.

Let Us Do The Legwork

If you contact us now we can do the legwork to explore options that provide the right coverage at a cost that’s manageable for your practice.

We have been known to do extensive research to find opportunities that other agents or brokers might not have presented to their clients. In fact, we have found that right now during Open Enrollment there are opportunities that are not available at any other time.

PPO Insurance For Small Practice Owners

For example, owners of a small practice may be surprised to learn that during Open Enrollment it may be possible to get PPO health insurance just for themselves and their family – even though individual PPO insurance is no longer available in Texas.

If you or your family enroll in a plan you would need to offer health insurance to your employees, but your practice will not have to contribute toward their premiums.

Offer More Options While Managing Costs

For those practices that offer health insurance to their employees the waivers can also provide a way to manage costs while providing your staff with more options.

During Open Enrollment there is no minimum amount a practice must contribute to a group health insurance plan. That could make it financially feasible to offer your employees a cost effective HMO plan – as well as a group PPO health plan with a larger network of physicians and hospitals, fewer restrictions, and more comprehensive benefits.

You can determine how much you contribute and your employees can choose the option that works best for them.

To be eligible for the waivers, you must have a tax I.D. number and at least one full-time employee paid under that number.

Reduce Your Administrative Burden

Once you choose a plan, we can help lift the burden of many administrative tasks from your shoulders. These include: enrolling your staff and dependents, cancelling employees if they leave your office, distributing temporary ID cards and policy information, and assisting you with billing.

If there are any claim or customer service issues, we can even contact the insurance company and serve as your advocate. And we offer this personalized service throughout the year – at no cost to your practice.

Call Now and Be Ready For 2020

So please be sure to contact us before December 13th. If you call now there will be time to review your options and do the paperwork – so you and your staff can receive your ID cards in time for any January appointments or medication refills.

Don’t delay. You can call us toll-free at 1-800-880-8181 Monday to Friday, 7:30 to 5:30 CST.
